Role & responsibilities
- Identify training needs (TNI) and design annual training calendars.
- Plan, organize, and execute training & development programs for all levels.
- Maintain and update the skill matrix of employees regularly.
- Conduct post-training evaluations to ensure effectiveness.
- Coordinate and manage various statutory and employee welfare committees (Canteen, Safety, POSH, etc.).
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Female candidate only.
- Graduate or MBA in HR with 24 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of TNI, training and development processes, and skill matrix preparation.
- Hands-on experience managing HR committees and employee engagement programs.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation.
