Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Prepare 2D plans, 3D models, and realistic renders for client presentations.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants for materials and finishing details.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, building codes, and construction technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers with good design skills are welcome).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or Revit.
• Strong design visualization and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
