Key Responsibilities

Design and Creativity:

  • Develop visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including e-learning modules, social media content, marketing materials, presentations, and website assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute designs that align with the brand identity and resonate with the target audience.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure a consistent visual identity for Hello Pharma across all platforms and media.
  • Enhance brand recognition through innovative design solutions and a keen eye for detail.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with brands and cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketing professionals, and developers, to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
  • Support content creation by designing required marketing assets for online and traditional mediums

Technical Know-how:

  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools for seamless UI/UX design.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for ensuring compatibility in web designs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–3 years of
    hands-on experience in creative design
    , preferably in digital and brand communication.
  • A strong
    portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects
    , from brand identity to digital creatives that reflect originality, aesthetics, and problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
