Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development & Client Servicing professional. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include client communication, handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to the financial planning of client projects. The role aims to drive business growth and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- New Business Development
- Excellent Communication skills, conceptualization skills, Ideology
- Concept Selling skilled with project costing & Budgeting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in a Business Development for marketing agency, Experiential Marketing, BTL activation or similar environment is a plus.
- Minimum experience 5 to 10 Years
