Key Responsibilities:
Training Development & Delivery:
- Design and implement training modules covering cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff.
Performance Monitoring:
- Assess staff performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify skill gaps and implement corrective actions to enhance team efficiency.
Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and integrate them into training programs.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and progress.
- Report on training outcomes and suggest improvements to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum educational requirement: Graduate
- Experience: 1 - 3 years in housekeeping management or training roles within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successful staff development and training delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
