Profile- Position - Electrical Project Manager

Experience: 6- 8 years

Ctc- upto 10 Lpa (depends on interview)

Working Days- 6 Days

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:-

• Project Planning & Execution
• Lead execution of HT/LT systems, substations, DG sets, power distribution, lighting, earthing, ELV & BMS coordination.
• Study contract documents, BOQs, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare and track project schedules, resource planning, and execution strategies.

• Ensure projects are delivered within time, cost, quality, and safety benchmarks.

• Team & Manpower Management Manage:

• Project Engineers
• Site Engineers
• Supervisors & Technicians
• Vendors & Sub-contractors
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor daily performance.

• Conduct site reviews and progress meetings.

• Client, Consultant & Inter-Department Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for:
• Clients o Project Management Consultants (PMC)
• Architects & Consultants

Coordinate with:

• Civil Team o HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing Teams
• Procurement & Accounts Departments
• Commercial Control & Billing

∙ Monitor project cost, profitability, and cash flow.Approve:

o RA Bills

o Final Bills

o Extra Items & Variations

∙ Ensure timely certification and collections.

∙ Control material wastage and subcontractor billing.

• Procurement & Vendor Management

∙ Finalize approved vendors and subcontractors.

∙ Review technical datasheets and material submittals.

∙ Ensure materials are supplied as per approved makes and timelines.

• Quality Control & Testing Commissioning

∙ Ensure compliance with:

o IS Standards

o NBC

o CPWD & Local Authority Norms

∙ Oversee: o Megger Testing

o Earth Resistance Testing

o LT Panel FAT & SAT

o Transformer Charging

o DG Sets & Synchronization

o Final Inspection & Handover

• Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

∙ Enforce EHS & statutory safety compliance across all sites.

∙ Conduct: o Safety Audits o Tool Box Talks o Risk Assessments

∙ Ensure zero-accident culture. 8. Documentation & Handover

∙ Review and approve:

o As-built drawings

o O&M Manuals

o Test reports

o Warranty & Guarantee documents

∙ Ensure smooth final handover and completion certificates. Systems Knowledge (Mandatory)

∙ HT Panels, RMU, Transformers

∙ LT Panels – PCC, MCC, APFC, DBs

∙ DG Sets, AMF Panels & Synchronization

∙ Lighting & Power Distribution

∙ Earthing, Lightning Protection

∙ Fire Alarm & ELV Systems (Coordination)

∙ BMS Integration (Preferred) Technical Skills Required

∙ AutoCAD (Electrical Coordination & Shop Drawings)

∙ MS Excel (Project Costing, Billing, Tracking)

∙ MS Project / Primavera (Preferred)

∙ Strong BOQ, Tender & Variation Management

∙ Knowledge of Electrical Indian Codes & Statutory Approvals Leadership & Behavioral Skills

∙ Strong leadership and team handling ability

∙ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

∙ Commercially strong with cost control mindset

∙ High-level problem-solving & decision-making
