Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Counselor to join our team at our Vaishali Nagar branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for guiding and helping individuals make informed decisions. Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling and guidance to students/clients based on their needs
  • Explain services, courses, or programs offered
  • Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and follow-up calls
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
  • Build strong rapport with students and parents
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle client queries with confidence and professionalism
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any field
  • Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service is a plus (not mandatory)
