DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking experienced Technical Writers to support the creation and management of high-quality documentation for complex AI and data-driven projects. In this role, you will collaborate with researchers, developers, and cross-functional teams to produce clear, accurate, and accessible technical content, ensuring effective communication across the data annotation and AI development ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate complex technical information clearly, accurately, and without unnecessary jargon.

  • Create and maintain a variety of documentation, including conceptual overviews, procedures, example code, help center content, and FAQs.

  • Serve as a communication bridge between researchers, developers, and taskers within the HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) team.

  • Develop comprehensive, in-depth documentation and communications for both internal and external audiences.

  • Manage and coordinate projects involving multiple junior writers, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.

  • Lead complex, multidisciplinary programs from planning to delivery, defining requirements and timelines with internal stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different offices, time zones, and regions to maintain alignment on project goals and deadlines.
