Job Title: PHP Developer (Laravel Specialist)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PHP Developer to join our client's global team in the forex trading industry. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the Laravel framework, with hands-on experience in building, testing, and optimizing robust web applications. This role requires a strong background in backend development, database management, and integration of third-party tools, along with proficiency in frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy cutting-edge web applications efficiently.
• Specialize in the Laravel framework, leveraging its built-in features such as:
• Eloquent ORM, Blade templates, Artisan commands, Queues, Middleware.
• Build scalable and secure web applications faster using Laravel's tools and structure.
• Work with SQL/MySQL for database design, optimization, and management.
• Integrate third-party services including payment gateways (experience with Drupal, Joomla, Magento preferred).
• Apply strong knowledge of jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS to build interactive user experiences.
• Identify and fix compatibility issues across different browsers and mobile platforms.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal performance, security, and usability.
• Research, evaluate, and implement architectural solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain procedures for website updates, improvements, and performance enhancements.
• Establish and refine style guidelines for content presentation and user experience.
• Recommend and utilize appropriate tools, programming languages, and frameworks for project requirements.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Strong proficiency in PHP with in-depth expertise in Laravel framework.
• Solid understanding of SQL/MySQL database design and management.
• Experience in integrating payment gateways and third-party platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Drupal, Joomla, Magento (added advantage).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cross-browser and device compatibility issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of web usability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Provide detailed explanations of website specifications, such as activities, software, product features, programming languages, communication protocols and operating systems hardware and software
• Strong Grasp Of Security Principles And How They Apply To E-Commerce Applications.
