We're seeking a talented Product UX/UI Designer to help us create intuitive and delightful user

experiences for our SaaS product and website.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead the end-to-end design process for core features of our SaaS product (from
  • concept to handoff).
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define
  • user problems and create innovative design solutions.
  • Translate complex product requirements into user-friendly, accessible, and modern
  • interfaces.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve
  • designs.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the
  • platform.
  • Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility best practices across the organization.
  • Update website designs and perform A/B testing with different designs and messaging.
  • Work with the product manager and marketing to create impactful marketing designs.

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Must be able to articulate requirements, user journeys, and other process flows.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates your UX and UI design skills across responsive web
  • and/or mobile products.
  • Fluent in Figma (or equivalent tools), prototyping software, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user research
  • techniques.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams.
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on solving customer problems and providing a
  • seamless experience.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential for presenting your ideas and
  • decisions effectively.

Bonus: Experience with B2B platforms, HR tech, or enterprise-grade applications.
