Data Entry Operator (Female)

Preferred Qualifications: : 12th , CCC , Computer Class

  • Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into company systems and databases.
  • Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inconsistencies.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring all data is current and accurate.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Retrieve data as requested by authorized personnel.
  • Generate reports and perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Follow data entry procedures and company policies strictly.
  • Support administrative tasks and perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
