Seeking an engaging, dynamic freelance trainer to deliver a full-day, in-person
"Finance for Non-Finance"
workshop, tailored to plant operations staff. The aim is to empower participants to confidently interpret financial information and make informed operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Deliver interactive training covering:
  • Understanding and analyzing balance sheets, P&L accounts, and cash flow statements.
  • Basics of working capital, operating cycles, and management.
  • Cost concepts (e.g., marginal costing, make or buy decisions).
  • Budgeting processes and capital budgeting techniques (e.g., NPV, IRR).
  • Use real-life case studies, discussions, and practical examples tailored to plant workers.
  • Foster an engaging learning environment with clear, relatable explanations in Tamil or Kannada.

Required Skills & Qualifications
:

  • Proven experience delivering finance training to non-specialist audiences, ideally in industrial or plant environments.
  • 4+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Must be aative or fluent in
    Tamil
    or
    Kannada
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to simplify finance topics.
  • Comfortable using local examples and relatable scenarios to enhance learning.
  • Prior experience with in-person training and case study-based teaching.
