Manager of Artificial Intelligence

This role combines leadership, project management, and functional product ownership with a strong understanding of AI platforms and enterprise systems. You will lead strategic planning, functional design, and cross-functional execution of AI agent initiatives. You'll act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that agentic solutions are aligned with enterprise goals and deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities
Strategic & Functional Leadership
- Define and drive the functional roadmap for agentic AI initiatives across business domains. - Participate in AI Agent design discussions, contributing business context, functional logic, and user-centric perspectives. - Lead structured workshops to define As-Is and To-Be process landscapes, leveraging design thinking and process modeling. - Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
Business Analysis & Product Ownership
- Act as the functional product owner for Agentic AI workflows, owning the vision, backlog, and delivery roadmap. - Translate operational insights into structured process maps, KPIs, and transformation goals. - Author functional requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile development. - Serve as the primary liaison between business operations and technical teams to ensure alignment and value realization.
Agentic Process Design
- Architect end-to-end agentic workflows for processes, including data ingestion, match logic, exception handling, and reconciliation. - Collaborate with AI/ML experts to define agent skills, autonomy levels, and decision boundaries.
People & Project Management
- Manage and mentor a team of Data Engineers, Analysts, Data Scientists & Developers. - Oversee project execution, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives. - Represent the Agentic AI team in leadership forums and cross-departmental planning sessions.
