As a senior product owner, you serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and your Agile development team. Your primary role is to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team delivers value in alignment with strategic objectives. You are accountable for maximizing product value and ensuring that user needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals are met throughout the product lifecycle. This role is integral to driving the successful development and delivery of features, enhancements, and services that meet user and business expectations.
We are seeking a dynamic product owner with deep domain expertise in Transact, APIs, and microservices and 15+ years of experience. This role is central to the success of the Modularity ART and will be part of the Modularity ART leadership team.

• Product Vision & Backlog Ownership—Define, maintain, and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap. Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business value & strategic goals.
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration—Engage with business stakeholders, users, and development teams to gather requirements, clarify needs, and align priorities.
  
• Agile Execution—Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Provide ongoing feedback and decision-making to support iterative development.
  
• User-Centric Design: Advocate for the user by translating their needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure delivered solutions meet usability and performance expectations.
  
• Regulatory & Compliance Awareness—Incorporate relevant regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations into backlog items and development plans.
  
• Performance & Value Tracking—Monitor the product's performance against KPIs and business outcomes, adjusting priorities as needed.

• Technical Literacy—Ability to engage effectively with technical teams, understanding system implications and feasibility of solutions.
  
• Analytical Thinking—Skilled in interpreting data, identifying patterns, and making evidence-based decisions.
  
• Customer Focus—Passion for delivering value to customers through user-centered design and continuous feedback loops.
  
• Agile Mindset—Familiarity with Agile principles and experience working within Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
  
• Communication & Influence—A clear communicator who can articulate vision, negotiate priorities, and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
  
• Business Acumen—Strong understanding of industry trends, business strategy, and how technology can enable outcomes.
