Key Responsibilities:
The Supervisor oversees contractor labour to ensure smooth, timely task completion, provides safety and operational training, manages resource scheduling, maintains compliance and records, coordinates with internal teams, and reports performance for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Candidate must have 10th/12th pass or ITI-Fitter/Electrician/Diploma Mechanical/Electrical
with 3+ years line operation experience, including 1 year in leadership.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word, skilled in team management, record-keeping, reporting, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of line manufacturing processes is essential. Hindi or Marathi speakers preferred. This is a fully office and site work.
