Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to capture functional and non-functional product requirements
  • Own and contribute to the technical product roadmap and communicate product vision
  • Write clear user stories and incorporate architectural changes recommended by engineering
  • Maintain and prioritize a groomed backlog to deliver maximum value promptly
  • Act as Scrum Master, facilitating team retrospectives and continuous improvement
  • Utilize agility tools such as Jira to optimize team performance and manage work-in-progress
  • Plan and coordinate delivery of iterative value with other Technical Product Owners
  • Monitor and manage product health metrics including KPIs, defect trends, and compliance
  • Drive initiatives to reduce technical debt through tooling integration and test automation
  • Analyze customer and system data to inform strategic recommendations on API usage and performance
  • Manage unaddressed issues and implement resolutions to maintain product quality
  • Support completion of MVPs and epics in alignment with cross-team efforts

Requirements

  • 6 to 9 years of professional experience including 5 to 8 years relevant to business analysis and product ownership
  • Experience performing Scrum Master duties for a software development team following Scrum principles
  • Background in developing API and data solutions, preferably with healthcare standards familiarity
  • Knowledge of big data technologies and cloud platforms such as Databricks, Spark, AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Proficiency in using agility tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working closely with technology teams on component delivery
  • Excellent English language proficiency

  • Familiarity with healthcare domain knowledge
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools
