Role & responsibilities

  • Candidate must have hands on Experience in Control panel industry
  • Develop mechanical designs for control panel enclosures, mounting systems, and associated components and complete bill of materials for structures.
  • Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Ensure designs meet industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Customer handling for drawing approval.
  • Perform tolerance analysis and material selection for various mechanical components Preparation of Fabrication & Busbar Drawing.
  • Create revenue from customer where warranty clause completed
  • Planning of Raw materials likes Sheet metal, Aluminium, Copper and Busbar Supports
  • Development of cost-effective design.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback on design improvements.
  • Ensure all design documents are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards
  • Preferred candidate profile
  • 2+ years of experience in control panel design.
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD, PLC, Solid works and Campath or any TPP software
  • Hands on experience in LT & HT panels Board Manufacturing field
