Job Description

Mannat Infra Developers & Contractors is seeking a motivated Architectural Draftsman / Junior Architect to join our growing team. The selected candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager and will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, estimates, and project documentation to support our residential and commercial construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 - 2 years of experience who want to build their career in real estate and construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and working details as per project requirements.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, 3D models using AutoCAD and other drafting /design software.
• Support in the preparation of estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and proposals as instructed by the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with site engineers and procurement team to ensure accuracy in drawings and execution.
• Maintain project records, drawings, and revisions in an organized manner.
• Assist in presentation materials, client proposals, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture / B.Arch / Diploma in Drafting (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp/Revit will be an added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings, building bylaws, and site coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with good drafting and visualization skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

Skills Required

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of BOQ & Estimation (basic level)
• Good communication & teamwork skills
