Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist / Data Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Data Robot, Azure AI, Azure Infrastructure, Python, and Machine Learning. This role will be responsible for solving complex business problems using advanced statistical modeling, AI/ML algorithms, and big data technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data mining and extraction activities; apply algorithms to derive actionable insights.
  • Understand data profiles, limitations, and apply findings to business solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve performance.
  • Explore and analyze data patterns using modern data science tools.
  • Translate business requirements into effective data science deliverables.
  • Develop and implement robust, scalable data products and AI/ML models.
  • Apply best practices in AI/ML projects, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning.
  • Proven experience with Data Robot, Azure AI, and Azure Infrastructure.
  • Strong skills in Python and Big Data technologies.
  • Experience with end-to-end ML deployments and migrations.
  • Proficiency in advanced SQL across multiple syntaxes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, model evaluation, tuning, and scalability.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
