Sole vendor of Subway for front counters & back counters in India since 2002 and the only vendor to remain unchanged during this period. Aster has set up over 3500 prestigious kitchens including 900 Subway stores. Aster is India's top most provider of Restaurant Fire Suppression Systems as partner of
Johnson Controls International
for R102 & Piranha Restaurant Fire Suppression Systems. Aster supplies Ansul products duty free from bonded warehouses. Aster has a factory in Delhi, warehouses in Delhi and regional offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai with resident representatives across the country.
About Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop digital marketing strategy by tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain brand's social media presence.
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Develop new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Requirements:
· Experience of 4-8 years in Brand Management
· Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
· Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
· Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
· Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
· Working knowledge of ad serving tools
· Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
· Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
