Position Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Assistant and support our marketing initiatives. This full-time, on-site role focuses on assisting with marketing strategies, supporting digital campaigns, helping with sales activities, and contributing to brand development. We seek an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn and grow while supporting various marketing projects and collaborating with sales and design teams.

Core Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis Support

• Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis under supervision
• Help gather data on industry trends and customer insights
• Support the development of marketing strategies with research findings

Campaign Assistance

• Support the creation and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns
• Assist in designing social media content, presentations, and promotional materials using Canva
• Help coordinate campaign timelines and track deliverables

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with website content updates and social media management
• Support email marketing campaigns and help monitor engagement
• Help maintain consistent posting schedules across digital platforms

Sales Team Support

• Provide support to sales teams with lead generation activities and follow-ups
• Assist in creating sales materials and basic presentations
• Help organize customer information and maintain databases

Data Collection & Basic Reporting

• Help collect and organize campaign performance data
• Assist in preparing basic marketing reports
• Support data entry and administrative marketing tasks

Event & Brand Support

• Assist with trade show preparation and event coordination
• Support brand consistency across marketing materials
• Help with logistics for networking events and exhibitions

Required Qualifications:

Essential Skills

• Strong interest in marketing and willingness to learn sales processes
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service mindset and positive attitude
• Proficiency in Canva for basic design and marketing materials
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms and email tools
• Willingness to learn new online marketing tools and software
• Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new technology
