Key Skills

Technical Proficiency

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Animate).
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools (Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, Canva) and generative art platforms is desirable.
  • Knowledge of 3D software such as Blender or Unreal Engine is desirable.

Design Expertise

  • Ability to create scalable vector graphics and adapt designs for multiple formats (web, mobile, print).

Role Description

Visual Storytelling & Illustration

  • Create original, diverse illustrations and graphics for e-learning modules, infographics, animations, and marketing materials.
  • Develop visual narratives that simplify complex ideas and enhance learner engagement.
  • Contribute to storyboarding and prototyping for rich media experiences.

UI & Digital Experience Design

  • Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile learning platforms.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.

Branding & Visual Identity

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all digital and print assets.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and quality across global projects.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with instructional designers, developers, and project managers to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback constructively.

Trend Awareness & Innovation

  • Stay current with design, illustration, and e-learning trends (e.g., AI-assisted design, AR/VR, accessibility, microlearning).
  • Experience with new generative AI tools, 3D softwares, techniques, and technologies to enhance design outcomes.

Quality & Process

  • Uphold high standards for accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Understand the scope of work, create timelines and call out risks in advance.
  • Share project status, ensure to deliver the assets on time.
  • Upload all assets on the assigned path and maintain a clear folder structure.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
