Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training & Delivery

  2. Impart practical skills to trainees in auto repair and service industry.

  3. Ensure trainee safety and effective operation of equipment in the workshop.
  4. Develop and deliver training materials, modules, PPTs, and demonstrations.
  5. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, practical tests, and feedback.

  6. Stay updated with latest automotive trends, EV technologies, BS VI systems, and industry best practices.

  7. Automobile Workshop & Lab Management

  8. Manage and upgrade automotive training labs, tools, and equipment as per industry standards.

  9. Ensure timely procurement and availability of training consumables, spare parts, and lab materials.
  10. Maintain equipment in good working condition through preventive maintenance.

  11. Introduce new technologies, simulators, and diagnostic tools in the training lab.

  12. Collaboration & Mobilization

  13. Collaborate with management to assess training needs and implement effective strategies.

  14. Mobilize candidates through referrals, outreach, and awareness sessions.

  15. Network with industries, service centers, and OEMs for OJT, industrial visits, and placement opportunities.

  16. Administration & Compliance

  17. Prepare and maintain training records, attendance, and trainee performance reports.

  18. Ensure adherence to training quality, safety standards, and compliance norms.
  19. Support in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
