Role Overview

The
HR Executive (Payroll)
will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and maintaining employee records. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and salary records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including
    PF, ESI, PT, and TDS
    .
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Coordinate with finance and other departments for payroll inputs.
  • Support audits and prepare compliance-related reports.
  • Assist the HR team with employee data management.

Requirements

  • Education:
    B.Com + MBA (HR/Finance preferred).
  • Experience:
    1–2 years of experience in payroll; freshers with relevant internships may also apply.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
  • Familiarity with payroll software and statutory compliance.
  • Good communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
