Qualifications
**Must-have qualifications

  • 2–3 years in product analytics, consumer insights, or BI supporting product teams.
  • Strong SQL proficiency (joins, window functions, CTEs, performance tuning) and comfort working directly in data warehouses.
  • Hands-on with product analytics and visualization tools (e.g., GA4/Mixpanel/Amplitude and Tableau/Looker/Power BI/Sheets).
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests; fluency with core statistical concepts (significance, power, variance).
  • Proven ability to turn data and research into crisp narratives and prioritized recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills across product, design, engineering, marketing, and operations.**

**What the role will do

  • Build and maintain product KPIs, dashboards, and weekly/monthly MIS to track funnels, cohorts, retention, and feature adoption across segments.
  • Write performant SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for business reviews, deep dives, and leadership decision-making.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests with clear hypotheses, guardrails, and decision criteria; track experiment velocity and impact.
  • Partner with PMs and Design to run consumer research (surveys, interviews, usability tests, diary studies) and synthesize insights with behavioral data.
  • Maintain metric definitions, event taxonomies, and tracking plans; QA analytics instrumentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Deliver concise executive-ready narratives that tie insights to next actions, expected impact, and owners.
  • Conduct competitor and industry scans; publish periodic briefs on user needs, market shifts, and implications for roadmap.
  • Build self-serve analytics assets, templates, and playbooks that scale insight generation across teams.**
