Frontend Developer / UI Designer Job Type

  • Full-time (with internship-to-fulltime pathway for freshers)

Option 1 – Experienced Candidates

Eligibility:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in frontend development or UI/UX design.

Salary:
₹15,000 per month (negotiable for exceptional skills).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.
  • Build UI/UX mockups using
    Figma & Canva
    .
  • Convert designs into code with
    HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and
    .
  • Ensure responsive and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with backend developers for seamless integration.
  • Bring fresh,
    unique design ideas
    while maintaining brand consistency.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Figma, Canva, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap,

  • Strong eye for
    creative and unique designs
    .
  • Knowledge of responsive web design and accessibility standards.
  • Problem-solving mindset and teamwork spirit.

Option 2 – Fresher (Internship + Bond)

Eligibility:
Talented freshers with strong design/development skills.

  • 6-month internship
    followed by
    1-year full-time role
    (bond applicable).

Stipend/Salary:

  • Internship: As per performance.
  • Full-time (post internship): ₹15,000/month.
