Role and Responsibilities: As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining captivating and functional websites for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Website Development: Develop WordPress-based websites from concept to completion, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and user-friendly design.
  2. Theme and Plugin Customization: Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet the specific requirements of each project, utilizing HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
  3. Front-End and Back-End Development: Collaborate with our design and development teams to implement front-end interfaces and integrate back-end functionality, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  4. Website Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO, ensuring optimal loading times and efficient code structure.
  5. Troubleshooting and Bug Fixing: Identify and address technical issues, bugs, and glitches within websites, providing timely solutions to ensure smooth functionality.
  6. Responsive Design: Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across various devices and browsers.
  7. CMS Training: Provide training to clients on how to effectively manage and update their WordPress websites.
  8. Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our websites remain innovative and competitive.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, plugins, and customization.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
  • Familiarity with front-end libraries and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery).
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting visually appealing and functional websites.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
