Role Overview: You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining system settings, user accounts, and security roles within the Kronos application. Your role will also involve developing and delivering training sessions for end users on Kronos system functionalities and best practices. Assisting in the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and new features to enhance the system's performance will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure smooth operations will be essential. Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying areas for improvement will be crucial to ensure the system functions efficiently.
