Overview The Solution Architect for Oracle HCM Cloud plays a pivotal role in the design and implementation of Oracle's Human Capital Management Cloud solutions within an organization. The Solution Architect will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative solutions that meet business objectives while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders including HR, IT, and executive leadership to define the architecture, integrate various data sources, and outline the relevant processes that drive employee engagement and experience.   • Develop detailed solution architecture and design for Oracle HCM applications.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to assess user requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Manage data migration processes from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud systems with third-party applications and services.
  • Perform gap analysis and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Ensure system configurations align with business processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Document technical specifications and architectural designs;
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions before deployment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud new features and industry trends.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve any technical issues.
  • Train end-users on new systems and technologies to ensure effective adoption.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on HCM.
  • Strong experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Proven experience in cloud technologies and their deployment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools.
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud or similar platforms preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project implementation.
  • Understanding of system development lifecycles.
