Role Overview

We're looking for a
Revenue Management Executive
who lives and breathes OTAs, numbers, and market insights.

You'll be responsible for
optimizing pricing strategies
,
analyzing data trends
, and
driving revenue growth
across all online travel platforms.

This is a
remote role
, but the candidate
must be based in Mumbai
and equipped with a
laptop and stable internet connection.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage revenue and pricing across
    MMT, Goibibo, , Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, Cleartrip, and Easemytrip.
  • Implement dynamic pricing models
    and promotions to maximize occupancy and ADR.
  • Generate, analyze, and present daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on revenue and marketing strategies.
  • Take full responsibility for
    revenue generation and OTA performance.


Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of
    hotel or vacation rental revenue management.
  • In-depth knowledge of OTA platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent analytical and communication
    skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Familiarity with
    digital marketing tools
    and
    AI-based pricing systems
    is a plus.


Compensation

  • Starting salary: ₹15,000/month
  • Salary review after 6 months (up to ₹20,000/month based on performance)
  • Performance-based incentives linked to
    percentage of revenue generated
