Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on Development: Remain actively involved in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting critical system components and features, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Problem Solving & Optimization: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and architectural trade-offs.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay current with emerging Java technologies, cloud trends, and industry best practices. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve our development processes and product capabilities.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate complex technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in software development with a primary focus on Java technologies.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Core Java fundamentals, including concurrency, data structures, algorithms, and JVM internals.
  • Strong expertise with the Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security).
  • Proven experience building robust and scalable applications using Spring Boot.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Microservices architecture and design patterns.
  • Solid experience with Apache Kafka for building event-driven architectures and streaming data pipelines.Good understanding and practical experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle and version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
