Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of overall professional experience
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in Automation testing
  • Proven track record in Team leadership and Management

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Selenium
  • Expert-level knowledge of automation testing frameworks and methodologies

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with C#, .NET, or Python
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA
  • Knowledge of test management tools such as qTest.
  • T24 Banking knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust automation test scripts
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with project requirements and quality standards
  • Oversee the execution of automated test suites
  • Maintain and update existing test scripts as needed
  • Provide technical guidance to team members
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues
  • Generate and present comprehensive test reports
  • Communicate test results and insights to stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a team of automation testers
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team
