Job Title: Business Analyst – Logistics & Fleet Operations

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong analytical, technical, and business acumen to support our logistics and fleet operations across multiple cities. The ideal candidate will have experience in last-mile delivery, fleet management, or OEMs, and be proficient in tools such as Excel, Python, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to logistics, fleet utilization, and operational performance.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for management review and decision-making.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas) and Python (data cleaning, automation, predictive modeling).
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize routes, and improve delivery efficiency across multiple cities.
• Conduct root cause analysis on performance gaps and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders (operations, supply chain, OEMs, vendors) to define business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across different platforms.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in last-mile logistics, fleet operations, or OEMs.
• Strong command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA preferred).
• Proficiency in Python for data wrangling, automation, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard design and data visualization.
• Excellent understanding of logistics KPIs: delivery TAT, fleet utilization, cost per trip, city-level performance tracking, etc.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-city operational environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with SQL or other databases.
• Exposure to machine learning models for demand forecasting or route optimization.
• Understanding of logistics tech platforms or telematics systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
