Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Java Fullstack Developer with 6+ years of experience. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components for our healthcare technology solutions. Candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software, ensure performance optimization, and collaborate on the implementation of new features in line with business requirements. Additional responsibilities include debugging, resolving technical issues, and utilizing best practices across the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development, including knowledge of Java and frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
  • Proficiency in Front-End Development with experience in React or Angular.
  • Proven capabilities in Full-Stack and Software Development, with the ability to integrate front and back-end components effectively.
  • Familiarity with database design and management as it relates to full-stack applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on delivering clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in the healthcare technology domain or related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
