About the Role

We are building AI-powered assistant that transforms hardware engineering workflows. As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll work across the frontend + Tailwind) and backend (FastAPI + PostgreSQL) to develop, integrate, and optimize features. You'll collaborate with AI/ML engineers, DevOps, and product designers to turn our Concept into a robust, scalable platform.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

Build responsive, accessible UI with 14, React 18, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.

Implement real-time voice interfaces using Web Speech API and MediaRecorder.

Integrate with Supabase Realtime for live data updates.

Backend Development

Develop REST APIs with FastAPI and Pydantic for high-performance, low-latency requests.

Implement authentication and authorization with Supabase Auth + JWT.

Integrate vendor APIs with caching and retry logic.

Database & Data Layer

Design and optimize PostgreSQL + pgvector schemas for semantic search.

Implement real-time data synchronization and query optimizations.

Collaboration & Quality

Work closely with AI/ML team to integrate transcription and LLM models.

Maintain code quality with linting, testing, and type-checking pipelines.

Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews.

Required Skill Set

Frontend: , React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, shadcn/ui.

Backend: Python, FastAPI, asyncio, Pydantic, REST APIs, WebSockets.

Database: PostgreSQL, Supabase, pgvector, query optimization.

Integration: API design, vendor API consumption, caching (Redis).

Tooling & Deployment: Docker, GitHub Actions CI/CD and AWS.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and equivalent experience.

Experience with AI/ML integration (LangChain, sentence-transformers, LLM APIs).

Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, PostHog).
