Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the hub, ensuring efficient warehousing and last mile delivery.
  • Oversee incoming logistics, outgoing shipments, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with team members to optimize supply chain operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in hub operations and implement changes accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in hub operations or related field (logistics/supply chain).
  • Strong understanding of inbound logistics, outbound logistics, last mile delivery, route planning, and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using technology such as GPS tracking systems for route optimization.
