About the Role

We are seeking a Program Manager HR to drive problem-solving, innovation, and operational excellence within the HR domain. This role focuses on process optimisation, data-driven decision making, and scalable program delivery.

You will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and track high-impact HR programs that enhance employee experience, strengthen compliance, and improve organisational efficiency. From conceptualising frameworks to driving execution, youll own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and design automation-driven solutions to scale effectively.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, audits, and compliance frameworks that reduce risks and ensure consistent execution.
  • Partner with automation teams to build HR tools and dashboards for real-time tracking of people metrics.
  • Continuously evaluate HR systems and propose enhancements to improve scalability and efficiency.

Program Management and Delivery

  • Streamline and automate HR workflows to improve accuracy, scalability, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, rewards & recognition, and performance alignment initiatives.
  • Leverage analytics and dashboards to track people metrics and generate actionable insights

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with CXOs and department heads to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Lead change enablement and adoption for new HR programs, tools, or policies across teams.
  • Act as the bridge between HR, business, and other teams for smooth execution.

Basic Qualifications

  • Up to 5 years of experience in program management, HR operations, or HR strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving HR initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, first-principles thinking, and structured execution skills.
  • Experience in SOP design, compliance frameworks, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or fast-scaling environment.
  • Exposure to HR process automation or tech-led HR initiatives.
