• Supervise and support waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, explain specials, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks, checking for accuracy and quality.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Oversee table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Train new waiters and assist in ongoing staff development.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
