Business Development Manager
to expand our client base and promote our interior design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven sales experience in the interior design or related industries, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, or retail interior design projects.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, real estate partnerships, and referrals.
- Pitch interior design services to prospective clients and convert leads into successful projects.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs, budget constraints, and timelines to provide tailored interior solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
- Provide inputs on design proposals from a client and market perspective.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Recommend and implement strategic changes to enhance the company's market position.
Targets & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular reports on business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in business development/sales within the interior design, architecture, real estate, or construction industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Existing network in real estate, architecture, or related domains is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
