Description and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a QA Selenium automation developer to automate the application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing Selenium automation test scripts for any new functions added to applications
  • Maintaining and updating existing automation test scripts
  • Experience with performance testing using JMeter
  • Quickly ramp up on complex systems and contribute effectively
  • Experience in accounting and finance domains is a plus.
  • Quickly get up to speed with the applications, including architecture, functionalities, UI, and business logic. Minimize the learning curve and ramp-up time
  • Taking the assignments and complete them with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality work and speed.
  • Develop and maintain robust, clean, and scalable front/back end code, follow industry best practices
  • Task recordings and other docs
  • Task delivery tracking & code review

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with writing and maintaining automation scripts
  • Proficiency in Java, Selenium
  • Deep understanding of Page Object Model (POM), Page Factory and Data-driven framework
  • Experience with Jenkins, BitBucket, and Jira
  • Ability to analyze test cases and identify areas suitable for automation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and ability to collaborate with developers and QA developer

Nice to have:

  • Prior QA experience in financial or order-processing systems
  • Familiarity with Jenkins test environment
  • Basic performance testing with JMeter
