Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations in our travel agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, TCS, and general accounting principles. Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, journal, and expense vouchers.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card payments, and vendor accounts.
- Manage GST filings – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and input tax credit (ITC).
- Handle TDS & TCS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Support management with financial data, budgeting, and forecasting.
