Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to handle daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, manage staff, and support sales performance. The role includes coordination of service, bar, kitchen, housekeeping, and front desk teams while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality guest service and smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
  • Manage staff scheduling, grooming, training, and performance
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
  • Monitor sales, upselling activities, and daily reports
  • Support promotions, events, and marketing activities
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards
  • Handle POS systems, billing, and online food platforms

Skills Required

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams and busy service hours
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
  • Comfortable using POS systems and basic Excel
  • Problem-solving and customer-focused approach

Experience & Qualification

  • 2–5 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, bars, or lounges
  • Hospitality qualification preferred but not mandatory

Working Schedule

  • Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Weekly off on rotational weekdays

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced, customer-focused hospitality environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
