Legal Advisor

• Drafting and Negotiation: The candidate must be proficient in drafting and reviewing complex real estate contracts, including sale deeds, lease agreements, joint development agreements (JDAs), and builder-buyer agreements.
• Due Diligence: They should have a proven track record of conducting thorough title searches to verify property ownership history and identifying any liens, encumbrances, or pending disputes.
• Dispute Resolution: Look for experience in managing property-related litigation, arbitration, or mediation to resolve conflicts with tenants, vendors, or contractors.

Soft Skills & Professional Attributes:

Should be capable of networking and coordinating with government bodies and local authorities to obtain necessary permits and statutory clearances

They must be able to translate complex legal "legalese" into clear, actionable advice for non-legal departments like sales, finance, and operations.
