Position Highlights

Role: Voice-only Customer Service (Inbound – HRO Process)

Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata

Shift: Evening/Night (One-side cab available)

CTC: 1.9 LPA

Work Days: 5-day work week (Weekends off)

Who Can Apply?

12th Pass or Awaiting Results

Graduates (any stream: B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., BBA, B.Ed., BHM, etc.)

Freshers or up to 4 years of experience

Strong spoken English (neutral or Indian/US accent)

Basic computer skills (typing, MS Office, CRM tools)

Currently pursuing graduation? No problem – we still welcome your application

  • Handle incoming customer calls with clarity and care
  • Resolve queries efficiently with a first-call resolution mindset
  • Meet performance metrics like CSAT, AHT & compliance
  • Record and follow up on interactions precisely
