Responsible for managing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models using Autodesk Plant 3D,Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.   • Develop, manage, and update BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Plant 3D,Revit, and Navisworks.

  • Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks Manage.

  • Prepare 2D P&id drawings, 3D models, and fabrication drawings based on BIMmodels.
  • Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with project standards.
  • Extract BOMs (Bill of Materials), schedules, and reports from the BIM model.
  • Work with international teams for multi-disciplinary BIM coordination.
  • Support the adoption of BIM workflows and best practices within the team.
  • Train and mentor junior BIM modelers and drafters on BIM tools and standards.
  • Keep up with latest BIM technologies, industry trends, and software updates.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering field with 5 Years of Experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Plant 3D, Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, andBIM 360.
  • AutoCAD Plant 3D – Advanced knowledge of modelling, spec-driven design, andorthographic/isometric drawings.

  • P&ID Understanding – Process and instrumentation diagram interpretation for systemcoordination
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650,ISO 16739,IEC 62424 and BIM Level 2 standards.
