About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives. You will gain hands-on exposure to digital campaigns, social media, events, and Martech platforms while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Its a chance to sharpen your skills, expand your creativity, and build a solid foundation for a long-term career in marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Create engaging, well-written content for social media, websites, blogs, and other channels.
  • Support planning and execution of ATL/BTL campaigns and brand events.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with teams and external partners for stakeholder management.
  • Utilize Martech tools (Zoho, Clevertap, HubSpot, etc.) for campaign execution and tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 16 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of social media management and paid advertising.
  • Exposure to ATL/BTL campaigns, events, and Martech tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • people above 3+ years experience should have a team handling experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
