Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our brand and precision machine tool products through digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial marketing, market analysis, and the ability to convert marketing strategies into qualified leads and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential segments, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Study competitor products and positioning to refine marketing strategies.
  • Assist in developing marketing plans aligned with company sales goals.

Brand Promotion & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute product marketing campaigns via digital platforms, trade shows, and print media.
  • Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, case studies, and videos.
  • Generate qualified leads through inbound/outbound campaigns, email marketing, and social media.

Digital Marketing & CRM

  • Manage and update company website and social media platforms with latest products, news, and blogs.
  • Work with digital agencies to run SEO/SEM campaigns focused on precision machine tools.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) for campaign tracking, lead nurturing, and analytics.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

  • Support the sales team with technical product presentations and customized promotional content.
  • Organize and coordinate webinars, open houses, and customer training events.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert marketing-generated leads into sales-qualified leads.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and customer response to fine-tune strategies.
  • Provide regular marketing reports and dashboards to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience in B2B industrial or machine tool sector preferred.
  • Understanding of precision machining, CNC machines, grinding & turning equipment is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho), MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a technical marketing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
