Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Import Export Specialist role based in Hubli. The Import Export Specialist will oversee and manage the movement of goods across international borders, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shipping documents, coordinating with customs brokers, managing export and import processes, and optimizing international trade operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customs Brokerage, Import, and Export processes
  • Knowledge of Import Export regulations and International Trade practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation and compliance requirements
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant certification or training in import-export operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field
