Store Manager

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring timely updates and reconciliations.
• Perform regular stock audits and monitor stock rotation.

Order Processing:

• Ensure the timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders and deliveries.

Warehouse Operations:

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, ensuring efficient storage and handling of products.
• Ensure that safety procedures and guidelines are strictly followed.

Stock Control:

• Manage stock control processes, including damage, return, and wastage logs.
• Implement proper labeling and categorization for efficient tracking of products.

Reporting:

• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly inventory and sales reports.
• Keep records of inventory transactions and communicate regularly with upper management.

Supplier Coordination:

• Liaise with suppliers for quality issues, replacements, and price negotiations.
• Coordinate timely deliveries with suppliers and vendors.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain proper documentation of stock movements, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Ensure that the warehouse is compliant with company and legal requirements.

Vendor Management:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.

Procurement Process:

• Prepare purchase orders based on inventory levels, sales forecasts, or production needs.
• Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• All kind purchases related to office.

Budget Management:

• Manage procurement budgets and track spending.
• Ensure that purchases are made within approved budgets.

Purchase Order Management:

• Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Handle any discrepancies or delays in orders.

Cost Reduction:

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs.
• Evaluate alternatives and substitutes for cost-effective purchasing.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Graduate (B. Com / BBA / Diploma in Material Management preferred).
• Experience: 5-8 years in Purchase and Store handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
