Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Flutter Mobile App Developer
with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS, a strong understanding of Flutter, and the ability to collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect screens.
  • Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, third-party SDKs, and backend services into the application.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for maximum speed and efficiency.
  • Participate in planning, requirement analysis, sprint discussions, and app architecture decisions.
  • Conduct unit testing to ensure application stability and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and QA testers.
  • Keep up to date with the latest mobile development trends, Flutter updates, and new plugins.
  • Maintain technical documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum
    2 years of hands-on experience
    in Flutter development.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Dart
    ,
    Flutter Widgets
    ,
    State Management
    (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod).
  • Experience with
    API integration
    , JSON, and REST architecture.
  • Familiarity with
    Firebase services
    (Auth, Firestore, Notifications, Analytics).
  • Good understanding of Git, version control, and project management tools.
  • Experience with app deployment on Play Store and App Store is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools for automated builds and releases.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of clean architecture and design patterns.
